Privacy policy

Clicko is a small handmade business operated from Vancouver, BC. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under Canada's PIPEDA.

What we collect

• Order details: name, shipping address, email, items purchased.
• Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Basic analytics (page views, device type) via Vercel Analytics, with no personal identifiers.

Who we share with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Shippo + Canada Post — label creation and delivery.
• Resend — order confirmation email delivery.
• Supabase — order storage (servers in Canada/US).

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Marketing

We only send marketing emails if you explicitly opt in (CASL). Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@clicko.ca. We respond within 30 days.
